What it is
Deniz Mall is Baku's flagship shopping and entertainment centre, which reshaped the Seaside Boulevard and became one of the largest in the whole Caucasus.
Behind the striking façade lies a vast project: a huge multi-level space for shopping, leisure and entertainment, built right by the water.
About
The mall covers about 120,000 square metres across five-plus levels. It was built on land reclaimed from the Caspian Sea — right at the edge of the Seaside Boulevard.
It is the largest shopping and entertainment centre in the Caucasus region: under one roof it gathers everything, from fashion boutiques to an amusement park.

About
It opened in 2020, and Deniz Mall quickly became one of Baku's main draws — a place people come to both for shopping and simply to stroll with a sea view.
For the city it is not only commerce but a new point on the map: a striking building by the water, recognised at first glance.
