Baku · Seaside Boulevard · the Caspian
A giant glass-and-steel "lotus" right on the shore of the Caspian. The largest shopping and entertainment centre in the Caucasus, and a new architectural calling card of Baku.
What this place is
Deniz Mall (from Azerbaijani "deniz" — "sea") is more than a shopping centre; it is an urban gesture: a huge lotus-shaped building that rose on land reclaimed by the Seaside Boulevard.
Under its "petals" are shops, restaurants, a cinema and an amusement park — and all around lap the Caspian and the boulevard. A place where shopping meets the sea.

Right by the sea
